Future prospects for charity law, accounting, and regulation.

A conference hosted by the Charity Law Association of Australia and New Zealand and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and supported by DIA Charities Services

Building on the success of 2018, this multi-disciplinary conference covers legal, accounting and related practical issues associated with the charitable sector, and aims to:

In this inaugural NFP UWA Research Group symposium, industry and academics will convene to consider the regulatory framework impacting NFPs and charities. The summit also extends to broader matters such as regulatory theory and practice, the role of Not-for-profits in our democracy, organisational management and historical and comparative perspectives. The role of NFPs and the wider civil society sector in international law and international relations will also feature.
